We are trained in looking after those who are frail and may require extra assistance and support to aid them with every day tasks. We promote independence and ensure that everyone in our service is treated with dignity and respect. We ensure that manual handling training is up to date for all of the staff to keep up with legislations and policies which in turn secures our ability to look after the frail.

We offer care services to attend to the needs of the elderly. We ensure that our approach is person centred, treat every resident with the care and support we would our own family. We offer 24 hour care to those within our care home to allow for families to feel comfortable that their loved ones are safe and cared for all hours of the day.

Our services include looking after those who have mild cognitive impairment. We as a company share the personal and work experiences we have as a management team and have trained our team in the ability to understand a variety of cognitive impairments and how to maintain a high standard of care no matter what condition the resident may need support with.

Not only do we look after those with a variety of cognitive and physical needs, we also have trained our staff to gain the understanding of looking after those with learning difficulties. We as management are continuously learning day by day new strategies and gaining knowledge to be able to support our staff and ensure they can provide the best holistic care to each and every resident.

Mental health conditions have become more public over the years and we have taken this opportunity to gain knowledge to widen our services to the community. We as a company have worked together to gain our mental health licence. This has given us the ability to broaden our network and gain experience working within the mental health sector of care. All of our staff are trained to a high standard to ensure that mental health issues don’t go amiss and people receive the care with their daily living needs that they require.

Dementia is a syndrome (a group of related symptoms) associated with an ongoing decline of brain functioning. There are many different causes of dementia, and many different types. We have the skills and the knowledge to look after those with a type of dementia and we ensure that we work with individuals with dementia syndrome in a person centred manner as not everyone will have the same experiences.
